Classes, Workshops & Lessons
FireFly Hoops offers hoopdance classes that emphasize fitness, fun, dance expression and personal empowerment! Beginner and Intermediate Level classes are available as well as workshops, private and semi-private lessons, teacher trainings and yoga classes.
Hoopdance class series are held in downtown Denver at the Mercury Cafe. Hoopdance workshops have been offered in Denver, Golden, Evergreen, Boulder, Nederland and Colorado Springs. FireFly Hoops can travel to your area to teach workshops or teacher trainings. Private lessons are held in Golden, CO at Himalaya Imports Studio on Washington Street. Yoga classes are held bi-weekly Alpine Ridge Day Spa in Evergreen.
